HOW TO START A RETURN
You can initiate a return directly through your Origami Owl® account.
If you checked out as a guest, please start a chat with us and include your order number to begin the return process.

GENERAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Origami Owl®, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

We offer a 30-day return window from the day your order is delivered. To qualify, items must be:

Unworn or unused

In their original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions for sending your item back. Returns sent without approval can’t be accepted.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery and start a chat with us right away if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll make it right.

Examples of manufacturing defects include:

Clasps that don’t close properly

Unusual discoloration (excluding natural variations or tarnishing over time)

Broken or improperly closed chain links or jump rings

Loose glass or crystals caused by adhesive failure

You have 60 days from the shipment date to report defects or request a replacement/refund.

Within 30 days: refunds are issued to your original payment method

After 30 days: refunds are issued as store credit

All Origami Owl® jewelry is also covered by a 60-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

INSCRIPTIONS® ITEMS
Inscriptions® jewelry is custom-made just for you. Because of its personalized nature, it can’t be canceled, returned, or refunded—unless there’s a manufacturing defect or the final product differs significantly from your preview. Slight variations are to be expected and add to the uniqueness of your piece.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns on:

Personalized products

Sale or clearance items

Gift cards

Earrings (for health and hygiene reasons)

EXCHANGES
Need a different item? The fastest way is to return your original and place a new order once your return is approved.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the funds.
